From Boynton Beach, Florida, Millines was a 3-star ESPN and 247sports.com recruit before committing to SMU for college ball. Millines left a strong mark on the Mustangs program; during his sophomore and junior years, he started all 12 games and finished 3rd on the team in tackles, with his biggest games coming against elite competition.
During his senior season, Millines finished 2nd in the AAC with 5 interceptions and 3rd on the team with 64 tackles, leading to 1st Team All-AAC honors. While rarely talked about in scouting circles, Millines is a productive safety with physicality, aggressiveness, and a strong work ethic.
Undrafted due to concerns about his size and speed at the position, Millines was given mini-camp invitations by the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys. In 2018, the 5’10” 205 lbs Safety will join The Spring League to prove he belongs on football’s greatest stage.
