Aiulua Fanene

From Nu’uuli, American Samoa, Fanene comes from good football stock. His older brother, Jonathan, was a standout at Utah, before becoming a savvy NFL veteran that played eight seasons professionally (seven with Cincinnati, one with New England).

Fanese played both offensive and defensive line in high school before committing to the University of Arizona to play college ball. At Arizona, The 6’5″ , 308 lb  defensive lineman came into his own his senior year, recording 15  tackles (12 solo) for the Wildcats, and recording a solid 35 bench press reps at his Pro Day.

Undrafted, Fanese received strong interest from the Arizona Cardinals before ultimately signing with the Green Bay Packers. In 2018, Fanene will bring his toughness and pedigree to The Spring League to prove he belongs back on football’s greatest stage.
