Deshaun Amos

A native of Midlothian, Va, Amos earned All-Dominion District honors at three different positions (1st team WR, KR, 2nd team CB) and scored 12 touchdowns (5 on offense, 5 on special teams, 2 on defense) during his senior season.

Amos went on to play collegiate ball at East Carolina University, playing in 49 games during his distinguished Pirates career. Amos’ versatility was a weapon for ECU, contributing defensively at 3 different positions (CB, SS, Nickel) and on Special Teams. Amos was a team captain in 2016, and a frequent Dean’s List and Honor Roll section as a student.

Amos had a solid showing at Pro Day,  running a 4.49 40-yard dash, had a 32-inch vertical, a 9-8 broad jump, a 4.09-second short shuttle, and a 7.03-second three-cone. He also added 18 bench lifts.

The New York Giants signed Amos as an undrafted free agent. At just 23 years of age, Amos will participate in The Spring League’s 2018 season, intent to prove his versatility and athleticism deserve to be playing on Sundays.
