A Converse, Texas native, the 6-2, 200 lb wide receiver decided to stay in-state to play for the Rice University Owls. Parks enjoyed a prosperous career as an Owl, starting in 46 career games, and recording 97 receptions for 1,507 yards and 8 touchdowns. He was also named an All-Conference USA selection as a punt returner.
Parks’ collegiate production was solidified with a strong showing at his Pro Day workout. He ran a 4.59 40-yard dash and recorded a 10-2 broad jump and a 32.5 inch vertical leap. Undrafted in 2016, Parks latched on with the Green Bay Packers shortly after. He also has a stint with the Cleveland Browns, but was waived due to a knee injury during training camp.
In 2018, at only 23 years of age, Parks will bring his talents to The Spring League to prove to NFL clubs he’s fully healthy and ready to contribute on Sundays.
